The project enquiry builder
The enquiry builder runs in your browser. It uses the details you type to compose a draft message. It does not submit those details to EaaS, store them in a website database or save them in your browser’s local storage.
Choosing “Open email draft” passes the prepared message to your email application. Choosing “Copy enquiry” copies it to your clipboard. You decide whether to send the email. Your email provider’s own privacy arrangements apply when you use that service.
When you contact EaaS
If you send an enquiry, the company receives the contact details and information in your message. This is used to respond, understand your requirements and discuss potential services. Necessary follow-up information may be requested where it is relevant to the work.
Enquiry handling relies on the company’s legitimate interest in responding to business requests, or on taking steps at your request before a contract where that applies. Contact details are not sold or added to a marketing mailing list by this website.
Email and hosting service providers may process information needed to deliver their services. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or where required by law. Access and sharing should be limited to what is needed for the relevant purpose.
Keeping information
Enquiry information is kept for the period needed to handle the request and any follow-up, taking account of whether it leads to an engagement. Project and business records may need to be kept longer for contractual, legal or accounting reasons. You can contact EaaS to ask about information held in relation to your enquiry.
Cookies and technical information
The website itself does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, embedded social feeds or optional cookies. Links to external services open those services separately. The hosting provider may handle technical connection information, security logs and essential access cookies; private review versions may require sign-in.
Your information rights
